Domain Street Wine Bar - Reasonably Priced, Nice Decor
(Updated: October 25, 2021)
Rating

4.0
Domain Street Wine Bar is a nice drinking establishment serving wine, beer, and small plate foods. I would describe it as casual with a semi-upscale flair to its decor. The walls were a dark maroon while seats and wood trimming were black. High windows let in a lot of light. They also have an outdoor patio area with a fountain that looked nice but was unused during our visit early in the evening. It was lighted and so I assume it would get used as the evening wore on.

The venue is divided into two sides. The main side has a 12-seat bar with a marble counter top and a small stage just large enough for a duo of musicians to play. There was a flat screen TV over the bar and the bar itself continues (but is divided by a wall) into the next room which has a pool table. The restroom I visited was modern and nice but needed just a little more upkeep.

Most of the customers during our visit were in the 30-60 year old bracket and the music was mostly 1960s soft rock. The volume never interfered with conversation (kudos!). We liked Domain Street Wine Bar and plan to return.
