Flamingo Bowl - Stylish Bowling and Bar!

I have always enjoyed Flamingo Bowl. It offers a bar, great food (pizzas are great for sharing), and many lanes of bowling. The lanes feature fun lighting and music videos or visually stimulating shows are played on the multitude of TVs in the place. Flamingo Bowl is both great for a night of bowling or a place to get some drinks and something to eat. Listed above the bar are the specialty drinks. I recommend giving one of them a shot. So far, I haven't been disappointed.
The interior is one large room and there is some seating at high tables and a few couches. I really love the incredibly high ceilings. The room has a grand sense of space. There is a parking lot located next door, but it is paid parking, at least on the weekend nights. I have parked there before without paying on a weekday, but I am not sure if it is always the case. Anyway, parking can sometimes be a chore to find, but that is always the case on Wash. Ave.
I really like the overall feel of the place. Also, the seating by the lanes when you are playing are probably the best that I have ever seen for bowling. There is usually a DJ on the weekends, so the place has a upbeat vibe and usually the crowd is pretty young- most people seem to be in their 20s, maybe some in their 30s.
Flamingo Bowl is my favorite bowling place in Saint Louis. A definite recommend!
