The Beerhouse is a very large pub at River City Casino. You can access the pub without visiting the gaming area at all if you park on the south or back side of the property. The room is a long rectangle with one of the longest bar counters that I've seen in St. Louis. It serves over 30 customers but that really doesn't do it justice. The seating is very spacious so I'm guessing that the counter is about 80 feet in length or even longer. This large room follows the 1904 World's Fair theme with high wood ceilings. I saw about ten flat screen TVs around the room. There is also "outside" seating within the indoor 1904 promenade.

We sat at the bar counter and looked through their drink menu which has the beers categorized by type with descriptions of each beer. We found the beers to be very reasonably priced considering the nice decor. They also have a food menu which we didn't see but intend to try someday soon.

Our bartender, Sean, was a nice guy who checked on us often and was a wealth of information about their beers. He gave us some beer tastings to allow my spouse to make a pick. They have over 30 different beers on tap plus over 100 bottled beers. They also have their own private 1904 Beerhouse brand brewed by Anheuser-Busch and only available on-site at the Beerhouse.

I really enjoyed The Beerhouse at River City Casino and have added it to my favorites list.
