Fast Drive-Through, Efficient, and Friendly

There are two McDonald's in our area: the slow one and the fast one. This is the fast one located on the south side of Lake St. Louis in the Shoppes at Hawk Ridge (use the Highway N exit from I-64).
I've been using the drive-through at this McDonald's for many years and am impressed with the normal speed of the drive through lines compared to other McDonald's in the area. What this means is that this outlet's drive-through is efficient behind the scenes.
There is one lady often there during day time at the pickup window who always gives a happy greeting and a smile. The manager should make sure that he does whatever possible to keep her -- not only for her excellent customer relations, but for her efficiency.
