Communication Problems

I was driving across the state of Missouri and somewhat randomly stopped for lunch at this Burger King for their drive-through service. I had a bit of a communications problem getting our meal orders understood. I'm guessing I was not the only one experiencing difficulties as the drive-through line was moving very slowly. I don't know if the problem was with the employee taking our order (it could be a new employee) or there was a problem with their microphone/speaker system. However, after I ordered 4 different meals, the employee only had 2 meals input into their system. I almost had to start over from the top.

I have never visited this Burger King before and am unlikely to do so again as we were just passing by. However, as for the food, it was the normal Burger King quality although we all got small fries when they should have been medium fries.
