Review Detail

We were passing by the area on I-70 and decided to give this Wendy's a try. This area of Independence looks quite modern and safe. Our counter person at Wendy's was a very friendly and polite lady. She didn't have a name tag and the receipt doesn't tell me her name either. I wish I could give her a recommendation here.

While leaving, I overheard three ladies also commenting on how nice their experience was. My only negative was the restroom which needed attention as their handicap toilet appeared clogged up. All the same, I'll assume that may be the fault of a recent customer.
