Slow and Uncourteous Service

We sometimes use this McDonald's simply because it is the only one on the north side of Lake St. Louis. However, we always use it "with reservations." The service is almost always SLOW and I've yet to hear a thank you from the staff. If at all possible, we use the McDonald's on the south side of Lake St. Louis just off of I-64 and Highway N. The staff at these two McDonald's are as different as night and day.
