Pete's Drive In is a Wentzville tradition dating back to 1966. It is an old-style drive-in restaurant that operates on its own without the backing of a large, chain restaurant group. I visit here from time to time for nostalgia's sake and to enjoy an old-style burger basket with a real root beer.
Pete's is located on Pearce Blvd. which is the old "main street" of Wentzville and not far from the intersection of highways I-70 and I-64. So if you are in the area and have a hankering for bygone days, Pete's may be one of your last chances to experience the drive-in era of the past.
