Review Detail

Kraut Run Lake is really not anything special but it is the largest lake in the Busch Wildlife area. It is essentially a fishing lake and there are rental boats with oars which one rarely sees out on the lake. Most people just fish from the shore.

Since the park is open until late at night my favorite time to visit is twilight when you can listen to the sounds of the wildlife transitioning to night time.
