Has fun things for non-boat owners to do

Grafton Harbor Marina is located right at the confluence of the Mississippi River and the Illinois River.
I'm a boater but I visited the Grafton Harbor Marina just to see what a non-boating visitor could do. Primarily, there is an interesting, second-floor river view bar named the Big Kahuna Bar & Grill. There is a small, two-decker pontoon (I believe) excursion boat named the Hakuna Matata. On it, there was a banner advertising $2.50 per can of Coors beer. There is also a parasailing boat service operating on the river.
I enjoyed a visit to the Big Kahuna Bar & Grill for which I wrote a review.
