The Naval Aviation Museum is located at Pensacola Naval Air Station (NAS). For aviation buffs, its a must-see museum. All members of our family enjoyed a visit, both male and female, younger (teens and up) and older. With 150 aircraft and 300,000 square feet of exhibition space, the Naval Aviation Museum is an amazing place to stroll through. There are quite a few hands-on exhibits that the kids will enjoy. It is such a fascinating and expansive place that you should plan a visit of several hours at the museum. If you are anywhere near the western panhandle of Florida and have interest in classic aircraft, try to fit in a visit to the museum. It was definitely one of the highlights of our visit to the Gulf Coast.
