Will they ever fix the video screen?

Although I rarely eat-in, I've used the drive through at this Steak 'n Shake numerous times. Unfortunately, their video display where you order your food has not been working for what seems to be several years now. I don't know why they don't repair it. The place where you order your food is next to the highway and if there is a lot of traffic, it can be hard to hear the confirmation of your order and the price. It would be nice to be able to see your order/price again.

The drive-through has gotten really slow. When you reach the place where you place your order, you sometimes have to wait 3-5 minutes before they will even take your order. Then, of course, they need to prepare your order. It's gotten so slow that I will bypass this venue and go to one of the numerous other fast-food restaurants nearby if there is more than one car waiting in the queue. When I do wait, I often see other cars in the queue leave as well. Too bad for all of the drive-through business that they are losing.
