I was so excited to find Kofoo, a small take-out and delivery place in the Chelsea/Mid-town West area. They have really great Bibimbap and I especially like the heaping 16 oz portion of kimchee that you can get for $3. This place is take-out only so it's not much of a destination but great, quick delivery makes it a great lunch option. I haven't explored much beyond my usual order of Tofu Bibimbap but its good enough that I have ordered it multiple times since discovering it.
