I am completely a fan of M & S Grill's happy hour. This is a fantastic place to take a break from shopping in the Plaza. They have a very large patio as well as a beautiful bar/lounge area to accommodate for happy hour guests. The service is impeccable, friendly and attentive. They also boast pretty fantastic deals for happy hour: $4 wines, $6 cocktails, $3 beers, and $3-6 appetizers (a nice selection, too). It actually would be worthwhile to make the visit for an early dinner and drinks. M & S Grill is also in pretty close proximity to the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, it would make a great pre-museum lunch destination.
