Light lunches at a Wine Bar

We visited Balaban's for lunch on a weekday. The outlet's space is about 75% dedicated to wine racks with wines for sale. Only a smaller portion of the area is set aside for eating. Balaban's also has a fairly large wine bar plus a deli area. I'm assuming that in the evenings they lean more towards wine drinking here.
We enjoyed our sandwich meals which included a choice between a colorful cole slaw or sweet potato chips (I liked these).
We enjoyed the taste of our meals and our server was very nice and efficient. There was something about her way of caring for customers that made me feel like she might be the owner of Balaban's.
By the way, casual dress appears to be fine for lunch. I assume people probably dress up more in the evenings.
