Not Very Friendly

I visited this El Maguey location some years ago but I wasn't very impressed then. I thought that I'd give it a try again for a weekday dinner.
The food was just OK. However, I didn't once see any smiles at all from the employees. Our waitress never came to check on us for drink refills or anything else until about the time we were done eating our meal. And, I might add that the restaurant was only about 1/3 full.
On the positive side, I did like the Mexican theme music and it appeared that the restaurant was clean.
