Had a new section since my last hike here

I just hiked this trail today. Here is my review that I'll also post on Alltrails.
"I did the trail clockwise on a Wednesday in September. I've done the trail about six times but it's been two years since my last hike here. I noted that a new trail section at the furthest point up north away from the parking lot had been created and was in great shape. It's obviously got a lot of usage since created.
I didn't see any other hikers but encountered about 15 mountain bikers. Everyone I met was courteous. There were a few mosquitoes but not the kind that follow you around.
All the natural paths were in good shape. I would just say that some of the former two-track roadway area at the point where the trail splits for the loop (going clockwise) was not in the best shape and needed mowing. But that area wasn't so bad that I really had to work much about ticks."
