Over the years, I've always walked this small section of paved trail that connects from Missouri Research Park down to the Katy Trail. It takes about 15 minutes downhill on a gradual slope from the trailhead to the Katy Trail. You walk along a stream of clear water leaving the Duckett Water Treatment Plant. There are numerous steel bridges and one long wooden bridge. Overall, the trail is quite pretty and worth the occasional walk which I do every year once the trees have their leaves.
